Suicide Prevention
The SPEAK Network believes that suicide is preventable.
Suicide prevention is twofold:
First, prevention begins before the thoughts of suicide begin or when one or more risk factors are noticed.
Second, prevention requires community action and knowledge.
Our programs help address both components. Through education and empowerment, we believe that our community can prevent suicide.
