Suicide Prevention

The SPEAK Network believes that suicide is preventable.

Suicide prevention is twofold:

  • First, prevention begins before the thoughts of suicide begin or when one or more risk factors are noticed.

  • Second, prevention requires community action and knowledge.

Our programs help address both components. Through education and empowerment, we believe that our community can prevent suicide.
