Our Positive Self-Discovery class is designed to help people become more confident in themselves and build resiliency. We believe the first line of defense can be learning to rely on our own strengths and learning tools to help us through difficult situations.
Participants in this class will learn:

How to resolve conflict, both internally and with others.
